Thanks John, Shyam and Kev.. . Hi Frank...i only put on a little weight, i reckon ive lost it again today though...had a nice little 3 mile walk, popped into the local fishmonger and bought a lovely piece of heart healthy omega 3 packed trout for our dinner.. Thanks all for the good wishes.. |
