Hi Everyone Many of us (if not ALL of us) play our music and sing at eating placess............ restaurants, pubs etc etc and we get to taste some choice foods turned out by the well advertised Chefs of the place. I have learnt to cook a LOT of goodies (finger lickin' good ) and learnt all this from my good Chef friends in all the Hotels, Pubs and Restaurants I've played in. I'n sure many of you have learnt some goodies too ............. ALL THOSE WHO KNOW TO COOK ...... PUT YOUR HANDS UP !!!!!!! Yeah yeah, I can see them hands !!!!!!!!!! Come on guys and gals, tell us what you've learnt and maybe we can ask Pat to open a Cookery Column with Recipes by the Musos.

I can echo your statement Shyam, I do however decline on eating such dishes before my performance. I cannot perform on a full stomach. ;D
I also love to cook. I think we could have a great thread here lads. Roll on the recipies. Shyam, I'd love to know your ingrediants for your Indian Curry. No one makes it like you guys.

Kemo, I'm sure many of us dont eat anything before performance. It is an uneasy feeling and our performances tend to slow down. I always have my dinner after my performance. I wonder if we can have a place here in our Forum for the many recipes that'll flow in. It should be great fun .... I 'll learn how to make good Irish Stew and the Irish can learn how to make Pork Vindaloo !!! "MUSO COOKING.
