Downloading from site

Am i doing something wrong?
When i try and download a midifile that has been posted by a member (e.g. Amy Mcdonald This is the life)i get a "download invalid" coming up.
Does this happen to anyone else or is it just me?
Any help would be appreciated

Weo, your web browser has probably blocked the download for security reasons. If you look you will probably see a yellow bar on the screen which will give you the option to as to what you want to do,Click on options and if you trust the site.left click on download and save to your computor
