,Hi All,yep just two days left on what has certainly been an epic journey,we have done almost everything we started out to do some four months ago, thrilled that we were able to catchup with fellow members, apologies to all the ones we missed, but hey some of you folks might just take it in your head to pay the Simmo's a surprise visit which would be great .Looking forward to getting back into the music again, ive got plenty of bookings at the old folks venues to take me through to xmas plus i intend to keep adding a few new songs as i go.Patricia is well & looking forward to getting back with all the family,Thailand is still hot & steamy, arrive Perth on sunday 27th Sept, will post more when we get sorted, all the very best wishes to all,Terry & Patricia (the Simmo's)

Hi Terry and Patricia,
So pleased you've had such a great time. Isn't it amazing just how fast 4 months can go by?
Look forward to catching up with all the news soon. And maybe a special tutorial in the SonicCell?
All the best, happy landings, JohnG.

Hi Jacqui, many thanks for your message re our big holiday & yes we arrived home in Baldivis safely all intact including my favorite 0vation acc guitar which i would i took along with me to keep myself up to speed with all my songs in preparation for the gigs which begin next week,on the garden side of things it all looks pretty shabby after 4 months lack of care etc but in a couple of days it should be right again. Its good to have the computer at my disposal again even though i,ve got to share it with our eldest son who has decided to park here for a while but that won,t be a problem,in fact he will be an asset if i get into tech problems.i will get back into the groove as soon as i can with all the midi stuff etc, best wishes from the now landbased Simmo,s

A big hi to you Weegeo & thanks heaps for you message its great to hear from you again,i am feeling quite honoured to hear you are making a bit of space in the corner for me i,m sure not to many folks get that special treatment, yes it was a pity we were not able to get up to your part of the world this time but as you say who knows what the future holds for any of us.The whole trip was amazing plenty of highs & just about no lows for the whole four months we were away, we loved our time in Ireland but simply ran out of time ,so many lovely places & everyone always so friendly,i must admit that both Patricia & i had to listen carefully to pick up everything that was being said owing to the lovely accents the folks over there have, they probably thought it was a deafness thing on our part ;D, anyway Weegeo thanks again for your kind thoughts & give our best wishe to all the family, from the Simmo's franticly, making room in the corner just in case we also may get a few stray's wander in from wherever

Good to hear you made it home safe and sound, the two of you + guitar. And that by-and-large the trip was a great success. You can be sure that if my Premium Bonds come in, then a trip to Oz is high on the agenda. I've seen bits of the East Coast, so the West Coast is on the cards. If it's a big win then you may well get a new neighbour! Tough luck.
All the best from Susanne and I to you both, hope to see you again soon. JohnG.

Hi Barry, all is well at home & yes i managed to sell the car, paid 300 pounds got 250 for it the day before we left,it was a great little runner & very reliable so there is plenty of life left in it,done the insurance with Tesco third party which finished up costing me around 80 pound for the period we were there using my no claims from my Aussie insurance,i insured it for a year then cancelled it when we left, the other bonus was Tesco were doing a special deal where they gave you a Karcher pressure cleaner free which was worth 100 pounds when you signed up with them so the rellies we were staying with scored it for nothing, so all in all our transport for the 3 months turned out to be very cheap, everything seemed to fall into place, sorry we missed seeing you while we were in Ireland we had no fixed plan just stopped a couple of days where it took our fancy, good to be home after 4 months away, been out in the yard today pulling 4 months of weeds thats without starting on the lawns, anyway Barry i'm sure i will be picking your brains on sonic cell as i seem to have forgotten a lot of stuff since i've been away, will talk soon ,Terry
