My first 2 strings E and B are buzzing at the saddles of my telr.. I've raised my action and put some relief in the neck.. Not only is it buzzing but It's cutting the sustain of the notes.. Especially playing open chords.. Any suggestions

Sounds like a high fret to me and needs a fret level. There are numerous tutorials on you tube or if your not confident enough to tackle it yourself , any local guitar tech would do this . Costs vary but between £40 - 80. is the norm.
hope this helps Eddie

Have you just restrung it.Have your checked the springs in whammy bar ?
