Help with intro, please

Hi All,
I,ve been trying to put an intro count in to this midi , but can't seem to get it right.
Think maybe the time signature is wrong, but not sure.
Can anyone help me out ?

Thanks Barry, I had to increase the tempo of the intro count to 180, and tempo of song is 120.
it works , but its got me baffled.
