Hi all,I was wondering if any of the members could give me some advice on midi editing equipment, up to now I have been doing my editing on the computer using a well worn Sonic Cell module which has now given up the ghost. Being a bit of an old crustie and not to clued up on this sort of equipment I was hoping some new idea's from the members if possible,at present I have been using my edited midi's after I have recorded them into wav & then into mp3 format which is the format use on my gigs, playing them at the moment on a really old but useful ESS MBlaster MIDI/MP3 .player.all advice and suggestions would be most welcome, even if it requires a complete new setup. many thanks in advance,Simmo.
PS..I hope the UK weather is not to chilly for the many members who reside there, Patricia & I still have a few family connections with the old country and the last recent phone call we had recently from them it sounded like there has been quite a bit of snow etc around. Our summer is just kicking in with a bit of a warm spell in the next few day's forecast temps as high as 40c.
Very best wishes to all member's & staff for 2019 from the Simmo's (Terry & Patricia down under)

I do my editing on the PC, mostly using Cakewalk 9.03 (a freebie you can find just about anywhere, let me know if you can't find it). I have a heap of different programs I can use but always seem to gravitate back to CW, probably because I know it so well. Let me know if you need any help with it. Cheers, Gibbo (in Sydney).
