Ketron Audya 4 problems

Hi, has anyone had the Ketron Audya 4 module? I just bought one and when I scroll through the styles everything is messed up , the live drums have terrible noises in them and I can scroll through the live drums or guitars and most all are useless. on the live drums most all you can hear when the loop ends and restarts. When I scroll through drums or any other instrument voices they all have terrible noises in them, such as loud bleeps and other noises that make almost the whole machine useless. if anyone has had experience with this please get back with me, or call or text me at 270.889.3174  thanks much.

Try.....Press SAVE (from the default screen) and press FACTORY START UP (F10).
You may have it in orchestral mode trying to play a GM file.
