Just wondering if anyone has flown with Ryan Air recently, got some flights coming up going to Ireland, and because we booked them before the 21st May this year you can still have a check in at the Airport, there is also an option to check in on line for free and use a Bag Drop option, this is something you have had to pay for if booking flights on or since 21st May, just wondering which is best, on line or Airport check in given the choice, only there was an article recently about people stranded because they were not checked into flights onetime. so I don't know whats the safest option. any one or your pals had any experiences? My wife and I use Ryan air all the time [they're cheap..nuff said ] and to be honest we have never had any trouble or complications of any kind. We book in on line, print out the boarding pass and away ya go. Mind you we only every have carry on luggage so never have to check any of it in. Just make sure you are not over the weight restrictions because if your are caught you will be forced to pay extra or leave some of the stuff behind. I am serious. We have seen people all in a panic on the airport floor trying to empty out stuff rather than pay the extra cash, which can sometimes be more than what was paid for the passengers!! Good luck Jacqui. When you get to Ireland pop over for a cuppa

Hi Guys Thanks for the advise on Ryan Air Just a very quick trip this time to Killorglin in Kerry my Mums hometown, just four days unfortunately , Mum is there with friends for eight days, so I'm just meeting up with them between bookings, barely enough time for a Guinness ;D But next year I am hoping to get a longer visit and then I'll be checking up on you all Jacqui
