Portamento in a MIDI file

I used to know how to create a portamento in a MIDI file using CCs.
I also created a MIDI file showing it, but have lost that file, thanks to a hard drive crash.
I know a couple members here have that file and was hoping someone could send it back to me. I need to look at it to remember how to do it.

Nice to se you dropping by again not too sure myself how that's done but done a search on the old Midimart forum and came across this if it's of any use to you you might be able to source that particular midi file ...you'll need to hit the search function and answer a captcha as I did as the website is really non functional nowadays just for reference purposes only.

I KNEW it had been discussed way back when, but I thought it was here! My search here got me nowhere.
There is a LOT of useful info over on the old forum, which is why I'm very glad it was only rendered inactive and not removed completely!
