Hi All.
I've just returned from holiday where I met this guy who plays in a duo using backing tracks.
He was telling me that he uses ProTools and let me listen to some of his tracks which I have to admit were very impressive.
He did try Midi but didn't like it very much (don't know why )
I was wondering if anyone had any experience of ProTools and any comments you may have.
The only thing I normally do to a midi track is record the rythym ( or second )guitar part live through my 8 track.
Question I have is :would it be any easier with Protools or should I just carry on as I'm doing at present.
