Thanks for that,
I'm trying to find something very easy to use for a friend of mine, preferably an external one, he's not too good with anything too technical, it's to record music from the pc with streaming like spotify utube, as well as input music to record from external source like mini disc/tape, and possibly guitar, so needs those input/outputs
I've been reading some reviews, some are good some are bad, issues with latency? not sure on that, and recording levels being very low, some of their cards don't record what u hear, or record in mp3 format, which is required.
Also wanted to be able change key on MP3's and re record them in another key, so a Karaoke/key changer software, but it's not looking like creative include this software in these newer soundcards, they did in the older ones.
I also want one for myself, so while I was sorting out my friend I could sort one for me too.
Anyway that's where I'm up to, I think maybe another make would be better, but I don't really know much about any others.
