Share files Pc to Android

Looking for a free programme that I can share files wirelessly from my pc xp to an Android Tablet,
at the moment I put files onto a flash drive and then transfer them but would be handy if I could do it wirelessly somehow.

It talks about pc to phone, but I'm guessing it might work to an android pad too.
