Hi Eddie
Press "Print Scrn" button, Open Paint then Paste. Crop and Save as JPG.
When posting add JPG as attachment.

I've managed to save it as jpg, but I cant get it to copy and paste. Am I doing something wrong?

Just reply and hit add attachment/add files and locate your jpg and just hit insert and done .
