Hi guys
You know how sometimes your body can be a real bas***d; well, so it is with me.On Nov 15th of last year, I had a major stroke which has destroyed all my left side, plus I can hardly hold a tune any longer...which is why I haven't been around for awhile: I only escaped from hospital very recently - 3 days. So, could I please
ask you, when you get a minute now and then, if you could spare me the odd thought. Many thanks all and I hope to make a good (if not full) recovery. I'm not letting it get me down. As always,

Sorry to hear that Bri my mam had something similar a few months back but remained positive throughout and after some physiotherapy she is now doing great. As the guys say remaining positive is key as the right frame of mind can see you through most things and being at home should speed up your recovery as well .

Hi Jacqui and thx for your post,which is very much appreciated. Not much happening,I'm afraid, except that the therapists are doing their level best to help me shuffle off this mortal coil. So far no success, I'm happy to report. Seriously though, you have to do your best to get back on your feet for those whom you love and who love you. Just wish I could get my L.H. fingers moving a bit. It'd be a start, at least. Ah well.As always,
