Hi Frankie, sorry I missed your birthday mate, it must have just slipped through the net,( I wish that a few of mine would ) anyway I hope you had a great day with the family & friends & managed to slip into a few coldies on the day. The new studio venture looks exciting, hope the move etc all works out for you, will you still be on the Gold coast if everything goes ahead. We have a nephew & family who moved over from W Aussie several years ago, they are living in Mermaid waters where there back yard fronts onto a freshwater lake, ( no worries about the bull sharks ).

Moving closer to Brisbane.Mermaid Waters is about 15 mins away from where we are now.It is a nice area.
