Hi guys when i switch on my laptop enter my password it comes up (user profile service service failed the logon) (user profile cannot be loaded) it's a windows 7 laptop has anyone got any ideas how to rectify this would be grateful

No Barry I checked it out on my PC it says to do a system restore but the problem was I could not start the computer so how could I get in to do a system restore so I had a brain wave I switched of the laptop by holding the start button. them when I restarted it again it comes in a black screen telling you it was switched off the wrong and gives you alternate ways of starting so I chose a different start so bobs your uncle in I got and then did a system restore

Oh right a system restore is pretty severe wonder what happened there?......ah well your sorted now anyway
