Hi folks, just a bit of a catch-up on all of the news etc from down The “Simmo’s” part of the world, the music side of things is still busy busy although in saying that I have had a fairly quiet couple of weeks with the Oldie’s gigs which has been very welcome, the downside to this is my sweetness, Patricia has decided that it was time to make a few minor changes around the garden, these small changes kept the “Ole Fella” flat tack as we say over here for the best part of two weeks and as it happened our weather has kicked into summer mode which means most day’s were over 30c resulting in the loss of a couple of kilo’s in the process. I have still managed to find time to have a few sessions at our local Sunday market which gives me a chance to catch up with all of the regulars, gossip etc plus try out a few new songs.I have just noticed little article which was in this week’s local newspaper and thought I might share it with the forum.
