Music Stand Light

Hi
After singing in a place on Saturday almost in the dark, thought I was in a coal mine!
I need to buy a music stand light, I have one of those clip on ones that takes three batteries, but It's not
that good, and I'm forever replacing the batteries, thought I'd buy one of those electric lights that clips on the back of the music stand, then a guy told me be careful what one you buy as some have bulbs that don't handle being moved around that well, and are only ok for maybe an orchestra pit when it's fitted to a stand and never moved from it.
Just wondered if any one has one and what and what you'd recommend.

I used a mini book light and wired it up to a 9volt transformer and replaced the bulb with a 9volt one.I then realised I could see the book if I turned my stage light on a certain angle.Next step I threw the book away and had the lyrics displayed on my PC.Next step as we became a trio was to have the lyrics displayed on an extension screen fitted into an empty monitor speaker box.

No not any more, we used to but found a lot of people moaned about flashing lights, also a lot of
clubs have them now, except this one!
