I have just purchased a Condenser Microphone which obviously needs the Phantom Power of my mixer. This may sound a stupid question, but if I turn on the phantom power for this mike, will it do any damage to any other non Conderser Microphones attached to the mixer?

No it wont Geraint, I use a condenser headset mike, and I often have a non condenser mike or two plugged in when I am playing with the duo. The condenser mike is definitely clearer IMO.

Not quite true, Oliver,
It will blow a ribbon mic, for sure. But I'm guessing very few, if any, people here use them. They're much too delicate for stage use.
But quite true with with 'correctly wired' dynamic mics, which are used by the vast majority of 'entertainers', e.g. SM57, SM58, etc.

Not sure if this is relevant, but I have a mixer I use on day gigs with active speakers, two switches on the back one power and one phantom power, by mistake I turned on both a few times, and it cut everything off on the mixer, all restarted ok BUT a few weeks later the power supply packed up, it also happened to a friend with a different mixer but it also had the power switch and a phantom power switch and he'd done the same thing, so maybe it causes a problem if nothing is plugged in that needs the phantom power, I'd watch it!
