I was talking to a sound engineer a couple of days ago about an outdoor booking I have ( weather permitting ) tomorrow, and he passed on a little tip to me, he said there is no point in putting reverb on the vocals as it gets lost in the open air. He said just use delay to fatten up the sound.
Has anyone else any experience of this as this is new territory for me.
Any feedback appreciated.
