Sounds about right what your doing have you clicked Modify Profile at the end when your done ? Also under Account Preferencs make sure Show Avatar is clicked 100/100 Pixels is the max avatar size  |

Yeah,Barry....I have done everything I thought to do,and while when I click modify profile,it doesn't give me the picture,it doesn't really give me any type of error message either. So that is why I was leaning towards thinking that you have to approve the picture before you allow it to be posted. If you click on those links I supplied,it takes you right to the picture with no problem,and like I said,I tried the one that I already edited to 100x100 pixels,and the other one I tried but I put in the box under avatar height and width 100 pixels for each,still no success with either try,and the "show avatar" box is set to yes as well.. Have other folks used 4shared for their avatars and had any problems? If you could look into this,and find out some more information for me,it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks,Barry... |

No joy I'm afraid I use to use 4Shared a good while back but lost lots of files over the years a bit picky and unreliable so I now use Box.com for uploading my music and Imageshack for pix . imageshack.us/www.box.com/ Also if you need to shrink bigger pics this prog is also pretty good....... www.shrinkpictures.com/ I find it much more user friendly and it gives you diff options in uploading sizewise. I tried it with your pic and it worked fine a bit distant and on the small side though you might need to get a close up for better avatar results up to you .
