Samsung Ace Phone

I am trying to find a way to copy some memo/notes from my phone to pc, in the preinstalled apps, called Memo with a T symbol.
I have some long lists of songs I typed into the memos and can't find a way, if I plug the phone into pc I can't find them, tried a software called Kies from Samsung, but could not get it to install on my laptop, it was just a headache!
