I edit my midis in Cakewalk and convert over to mp3 onto Ipad I find mp3's more convenient and reliable especially when using Tablets. Barry

Frankie,
I can get a very good sound from midi/kar files thru my tablet (via an amplifier) and while I get the lyrics to sync with the sound on the tablet, I cannot get chords on the tablet. For this reason I prefer to play the midi/kar files thru my keyboard where I can get both lyrics and chords displayed. I don't play MP3s on the tablet. Can't help with "notes poly" as I'm not expert on this stuff.
Rgds, Michael

Michael Do you paste over your lyrics in iTunes ? If so why dont you just get the tablature and paste over instead of just the lyrics or do you need to sync the chords as well ?? Barry

Not sure I follow your question. I don't use iTunes or MP3s as I just play midi/kar files on my tablet via the ulduzsoft karaoke player. The way I get the chords onto the midi file is by using the PSRUTI software which automatically adds the chords in whatever key you want at the touch of a button. The chords then show up when playing the file on the pc or on the keyboard but they do not appear when the file is playing on the tablet via the karaoke player. I'm not familiar with the "pasting over" of lyrics or tablature which I guess you are talking about but that sounds like something I would like to explore. Yes I would like both chords and lyrics to sync with the music if possible.
