After reading the threads by Tommy & Jacqui, regarding iPads/tablets, I got curious. I wonder how many, on here, have considered using a tablet. Then i got to thinking that maybe it would be a good ideato have a dedicated section or thread regarding tablets. Not everyone wants to fork out all that money for an iPad, (or maybe wouldn't want to use such an expensive item for gigging), so perhaps people could share their experiences with tablets....... what tablet they use, what software to play their tracks, etc.
Just an idea, as this seems to be the way things are moving.

Yes ziggy agreed  A dedicated Tablet Thread might be very beneficial for those who already have one and those contemplating getting one. We could share our knowledge with each other as you say it seems to be the way lots of musos are going these days. Lets see what kind of feedback we get . Rgds Barry  |

Hi Frank,just spotted your comment on the tablet discussion re, the fact that you are having "Stevia"on a regular basis as a replacement for sugar also the fact that you are losing kilos in weight as a result of doing this, it sounds to good to be true  ,in fact I have never ever heard of Stevia before so I decided to google it and came up with the results which were quite exciting for an Ole fella like Simmo   ...my first hit on google informed me much to my delight that the word "Stevia" was in fact a female name which originates from Greece,I wonder if you could elaborate a little bit more & share your secret with us for the benefit of the growing number of us older generation of hangout members.....many thanks Frank. Ole Simmo...definitely going to have a little lie down
