Hi Barry Just reading this thread, and wanted to ask about this Malaware programme, my pc is running very slow and sluggish at the minute, and when I open more than one explorer window you often get the other window/page popping up all the time and I have to keep clicking back the the page I want to view, do you think it's worth running that programme, it's not something that installs another load of hassle is it? Even when I run that Cakewalk mp3 encoder I tried to uninstall it again and my pc restarted saying it had recovered from a serious error.

Jacqui You could have Malware Adware or some sort of Virus ok if thats happening . Malware Bytes I find very useful and it shouldn't have any unnecessary stowaways onboard ;D Alao Frank reccomended a free Virus Removal Tool from Norton which is excellent it'll do a full pc scan and report if it finds anything suspicious . Here's the link ie.norton.com/support/DIY/When you say the Cakewalk Encoder is that the link I sent you or in Sonar itself?? I'd say its the one in Sonar as its not equipped to encode mp3 so you might get some errors when you try to run it ok. Barry

A lot Anti Viruses I've used over the years free and commercial ones don't always detect everything and with so many new viruses coming on a daily basis its always worth having a few more progs working alongside your AV.
What do you use yorself Jacqui??
