A War for Tolerance !!

Hi Everyone
I was reading our good friend Simmo's request for Old Wartime songs and it got me wondering how many wars we have today in this world of ours. Hatred is fiercely propagated and venom spewed so viciously and we have so many innocent lives lost for nothing.
Why is it not possible to propagate tolerance as fiecely as they do hatred ?
When we talk about "spreading the word of Love" it all looks so innefective, so impotent !
Hate and Love are very strong powerful emotions yet Hate seems so very easy to spread and influence minds. Its so easy to instigate anger and hatred.
We need a World War to enforce tolerance, if not love. !!!!!!!!!! Wouldnt it be nice if we can fight such a war ?
Just look around you in your locality, in your county, in your country, in your continent, around the world.If we cant love one another, lets atleast learn to tolerate him.
In the Wars fought earlier, the Good won over the Bad , but the wars of today seemed to be multi pronged and directed from everywhere on the globe. Who are the good guys, who are the bad guys and who are the ugly ones ? I'm not sure if I know !!

Thats true, George, its the craving for power and more power that drives these guys do the unthinkable.
We could discuss this forever and arrive at the same conlusions , but isnt it terrifying and sad that we havent been able to change anything. In fact the situation is worse and it only gets more worse. We still havent found a way to put the "fear of God" into these so called human beings,!
God is always shown as kind, all merciful, and good. YES, He is all that and we all love Him, but we all KNOW that He is the most powerful, so why , oh why cant He look these evil guys in their face and scare them to be tolerant and live in harmony. I'm sure we would all like Him to do that!.He needs to flex His muscles and put on a frown. One thing we will be sure of is that He wont do any harm. We talk about Governments that do not work, that are silent to the cries of the needy.
God is our Head of State of the entire Universe and its time He stood up to the occasion and get down to getting things in order, dont you think ?
The sad part is that we dont have a Parliament or a Congress, to address the Chief.
Think about it, guys ........ I cant help but feel desperate and orphaned !

Good saying indeed....but..does anyone have any ideas how to make the good people do something? God should know but we
need to confer with Him.
