I also got this spam from you Geordie, it was a link to a weight loss plan....I guess I shouldn't have opened the link....(a bit weird as I have lost the guts of 2 stone since Chrismas!!). Anyway no harm done I think.

Hi All,
I'm doing my best to correct the problem,I've done a scan with Avast and I'm doing one with Frankies link.I'm still getting spam from Dave Mcneil myself.Like Tommy I might have to change my email.If I do,how do I get logged in to the sight with the new email address??

Hi Geordie.... Why not do your scans update windows and then maybe just change your email password secret questions and change the alternative email address that you use on your account first and see if that helps before actually changing your email addy....that worked for me . You should still be able to log on here from any email once you have a username and password ....you can then change your email settings here then if need be in Profile. Barry  |

Hi Frankie,
I've done two scans,one with Avast and one with your link,and I've changed my password.I'm hoping it's sorted now because I've got friends all over the world and there's about twenty have got spam supposedly sent by me.I've done a check on my log ins and there's a rogue one from poland.

OH OH , I got this from Georgie too, but suspected it wasnt from him , so I just sent it to the spam folder and its gone .I dont seem to have any probs now, so I guess its fine.
If you notice anything out of the way, just delete it and be safe !!

By the way guys, I use KASPERSKY and I think its doing a wonderful job with the protections.!! Dont get too paranoid about all these spams............. I dont think they are that dangerous for us to change our e-mail addresses ! !!
Personally, I have nothing on myself, my home , my bank accountsor my mail accounts, to hide so I aint bothered if anyone wants to look into any of my personal stuff. With this carefree atitude, I truly feel I have nothing to worry about . Think about it, guys and try not t get too worked up. I'm sure poor Georgie didnt mean anyone no harm.. so if anything shows up ........... just erase it !!! Simple !!!
