Hi guys every time i start up my laptop this notice pops up ( this program can't start because rtl120.bpl is missing from your computer try reinstalling the program to fix this problem ) can anyone tell me what that is all about would be thankful for any help Tommy

Try a systems restore and then run the advance systems care and then anti virus.If it fixes it go back to system restore and create a new safe spot in case it happens again.

I want to thank everybody who has tried to help me with this problem but i'm afraid it's still with me i have tried downloading the programs you advised me to also tried system restore either they are not working or i'm not doing it right anyway thanks guys Tommy

Tommy..... When you downloaded that file which is a zip file did you unzip it? If not you'll need to otherwise it won't work. When you click on the download save it to your pc then extract it with winzip/winrar etc. to some location then reboot and try it again. Any probs give us a shout ok. Btw is your Advanced System Care working ok for you if not try uninstalling it and re download ? Barry
