Hi Guys...well i got over my operation which i had 8 days ago. I have been home for the last 2 days. Every day i am feeling stronger and am already finding the benefits. (12 weeks till full recovery). Thanks for the messages of support guys. Now its down to me...and with following the right guidelines for leading a healthy life i will be just fine.. I am already compiling a list of your suggestions to show the doctor Frank. (Naturally i will be taking these remedies together with the prescribed medical ones). My wounds are healing very quick and i firmly believe a large part of this is down to the Minuka honey i have been taking daily both pre and post Op.

Would that be Manuka Honey [Tee Tree] from New Zealand ? www.lifeplushoney.com/productinfo/Manuka_Health_MGO_400plus_Manuka_Honey_500g?currency=AUD&aid=GBAU

Once again, thanks for your kind wishes..

Hi Gerry, sorry i have been a bit slow in wishing you all the best after your big operation but things have been a little full on in the Simmo household so i have fallen behind in a lot of the posts on the forum so i will have to backtrack on a lot of the news etc, anyway mate its good to see that things turned out well for you,i was really surprised when you said that you were having these problems & also amazed at the speed in getting your op done in such a short space of time what with the usual backlog in the hospital systems generally. Are you back at work yet ?? & has it slowed you down a tad.I will now attempt to wade through all of the subjects & happenings on the forum, once again Gerry take care & a big hi to the family as well. Simmo...

Many thanks for the kind wishes Terry and John.. I hope to be back working in 8 weeks time Terry. This is due to not being able to lift anything too heavy until the sternum has fully healed again. I dont mind because it is giving me a chance to finally get my midi files in order and to try out a few new songs i hope to add to my playlist. I also hope to get away for a weeks holiday with Ruth and the girls for some rest and relaxation. I do truly count myself as very lucky as i had unstable angina, i showed no symptoms whatsoever, even the ECG never showed any irregular heartbeat, it was a blood test and then the angiogram that showed the blockages, so onwards and upwards and a big change in lifestyle for me is giving me lots of hope for the future..
