I'm just back in from visiting my friend Ivan in hospital. Yesterday he was attending the same hospital with his mother when he fell ill. He has severe bleeding on the brain and is comatosed with no expection of recovery. It's sad to see a young man (46) lying there with his family around him just waiting for his heart to give up and die.
