 Ole Simmo can't believe he's actually done it all on he's own  ;D,i must give all thanks to our own John G for showing me how to do it a long time back...thanks John!!!! ..OK whats been happening down our part of the world,firstly a big hi to any new members who have joined during my absence and secondly a belated new years well wishes to all members,i have a feeling that i have missed a lot of gossip etc in my absence,i will have to scroll back through all of the posts to get up to speed with stuff.Well as you can see by the pic all is well in the Simmo household,the pic was taken this afternoon while we were having a bit of relaxation in our back yard,it is looking pretty good at the moment owing to us being allowed two waterings a week,the hot weather is still to come although in saying that we had a burst of warm weather just after the Chrismas break when we copped a few days of around 40c but since then its been low 30's most days.Brother called in today which gave Ole Simmo the perfect chance to get a pic of Mrs Simmo & yours truly together,i'm not sure that my losing around 10 kilo's recently did me any favours but Mrs Simmo is doing her best to fatten me up again.I will see if i can put a few more pics of around the garden just to give the folks an idea of how quickly everything grows in our part of the world,two years ago we ripped everthing out & re done the back yard with fairly small plants trees ,shrubs etc so it will give you all some idea of how quickly the garden establishes itself,we are picking lemons,oranges peaches etc from our plantings already.Music news is as follows ,i am back doing a bit of busking which is going great guns also the oldies gigs are also keeping me busy as well,i have my battery powered gear on charge in readyness for tomorrow when i will put about three hours in at my regular spot,i am always looking for new songs to perform but i must admit being a late starter at this music & performing thing it does take me a while to get them to the standard i am happy with.Anyway folks will catch up with any news local gossip etc as it comes to hand,Patricia hasn't seen the pic on the forum as yet but i guess for our age (seventies) we go pretty well & have no reason to complain about our lives,so until the next bulletin from Baldivis way...best wishes to all members & their families..."
