Glad you enjoyed it Jerry. I am keeping an eye on her website for when she tours again, even my kids who dont normally like this type of music want to go and see her now.

She has just announced some more tour dates for April and May 2012. I have just booked tickets for the Royal Albert Hall. If anyone is interested I have attached the link for her other dates. NB I am not paid to promote her, I just think that in these days of manufactured dross in the world of music, she is a ray of sunshine. www.ents24.com/web/artist/90841/Imelda_May.htmlIan

Time flys by, its this Friday at the Royal Albert Hall. I will let you all know what sort of show a 5 month old pregnant lady puts on. Really looking forward to it, are any of the Irish contingent on here going to see her in Ireland in the next couple of weeks?

Wow, she didn't dissapoint, the Royal Albert Hall was rockin on Friday evening. Nearly 2 hours in total on stage with some new numbers in the set. One nice touch was just near the end a guy from her record company got on stage and presented her with a disc to acknowledge the sale of 400 thousand copies of Mayhem. She spent more time talking to the crowd on tonights show than she did on last years, she just seems to love the bigger stage.
Looking forward to her next tour already.

Went to see Imelda May again last night, and she is getting better every time I see her. She has a couple of more dates in England, then off to Ireland, then she is off to the States.
Anyone into RocknRoll/Rockabilly check her out.
I know a few Hangout members saw her on her last tour a couple of years ago.
