Had one in my wrist due to tendon inflamation.Doc did it under ultrasound.It felt like it was comming out the other side. Bit of a bite to that one I tell you.

I get my right knee injected 2/3 times a year depending on how often they swell up and it doesn`t give me a second thought in fact when they are draining the gunge out it`s a great sensation of relief and keeps me going for months so whats all the fuss about lol lol if it keeps us going it`s worth it imho
