Guitar Rest for standing guitarist

Hi Guys
I put up this post last night and am surprised it 's not there. I'm sure I did something wrong cos it was from my android phone !!
My friend , a darned good lead guitarist is in absolute agony with pain from some problem with his spine. He has to play six days a week and is finding it terrible to stand and play his guitar. He uses midi tracks to back him and he just has to stand up and sing and play.
I've heard of a Guitar stand or Guitar rest on which you can rest your guitar and play so the weight is off the shoulder.
Have any of you guys seen or heard of this .please can someone send me a link to some store where I can buy it for him ?
Its rather urgent so any help or aedvice will be welcome.

Thank you Frankie , its the thing I'm looking for but unfortunately theres no link to where I can get one. I mailed them my request to give me more details and I hope I can get one for my friend as soon as I can
That was a very useful site and its heartening to know the help disabled musicians can get to pursue their passion .
Being stricken by polio my left leg is paralysed and now the "good" right leg is also weakening .My voice is holding up but I wonder how I'll manage travelling to a gig !! Dreaming of a SEGWAY, but its way too costly to afford one.
