Mine was in 1964 it was an Ibanez with a whammy bar, my amp was a Golden Tone made in Ausralia. My best amp was an Abbey combo with 12 inch speakers on either side. With a foot control tremelo looked like a Vox AC 30.[valve].I traded it in for an Alron 150 watt combo. Best guitar was a Mexican Strat with 2 single coils and a humbucker. Got parts from our local importers 5 pole rotary 3 X 3pos toggles. Had about 30 different combined sounds in and out of phase etc. I removed the centre spring of the arm and this lowered the action. Worst guitar was a Danelectro. Cant play so good now as had operation on my wrist.

Mine was a Hofner Colorado--Ice Blue.Bought it in 1964 (£43)on the never never, got one of my mates to sign the hire purchase form and say he was my uncle. First amp was a vox ac10 that i got out of my mum's Littlewoods club catalogue. Best Guitar 1970 Gibson Les Paul Gold Top i had resprayed to a Black Beauty and sold later for £600 (i know--what a bloody idiot)
