Hi All,"The Simmo's are back in town after a fantastic 3 weeks in Bali,we had a wonderful time,weather was perfect 28c-30c every day,plenty of time to do everything we wanted to do,the hotel we stayed in was only a 49 room family run hotel called the "Lokha"it is situated in Legian on the coast,Patricia & i kicked back & saw everything we wanted to see & visit,the upside was that because of a very strong Aussie $ everthing was so cheap,food,drinks transport etc which was a bonus,a slap up feed of just about anything from the local Balinese tucker which i really love up to a big feed of seafood which also is our favourite will only set you back anything from just a few Aussie dollars to around $20 & that includes a couple of beers & cool drinks (for Patricia) as well,the service cannot be faulted.You are soon able to suss out the dodgy eating places by word of mouth from other hardened regular tourists who are glad to pass this info along to you,our flight being only three & a half hours from Perth is the best part & they do some pretty good deals as well.I have a couple of pics i have been trying to put on the site but since getting our new computer which has windows 7 i can't seem to be able to reduce the size of the pics,i load them onto the computer ok but they are all between 2-4 meg in size,with XP i used to just be able to r/click on a pic & it would give me the option of reducing the size fron 2-4 meg down to less than 100kb for each pic,any help on this would be appreciated,even when i upload them to image shack although they will except them at the larger size i cant seem find anyway to make them smaller,i have tryed changing the size on image shack from a box which gives you a few size choices i just cant seem to crack it.I will let you know any other news etc asap,this week is busy with the oldies gigs i'm not sure if i will get any time for a bit of busking as well,if any one need my email just let me know,will catch up soon with all of the other posts & gossip asap but for now back to the grindstone....The Simmo's
