midi repeating its self

hi i have this billy fury medley there are 3 songs in it i deleted track 2 and have been using it for years
i thought that i would set up the full midi as billys songs go well
problem when i play original file it plays to about the end of song 1 then keeps repeating a few bars over and over
checked the individual channels all looks ok can you suggest how to get midi back to play right thro thanks for any help

What was on track 2 Send it to me I will have a look.Have you checked for loops ?[and send original and what you want to do]
