Hi There Since having my PC repaired, I am having to reinstall some programmes, I use Microsoft Office Outlook for my emails, and had backed them up in PST data backup which Outlook uses, 2003, when I am trying to import my PST back up I am getting a message as follows- You are importing data to a location that does not support unicode, to avoid loss of multilingual data it is recommended that you choose a location that supports unicode such as Microsoft Outlook Personal Folders File,..... it only imports the folders I had and not the emails within them, I looked up the error message on the web and it normally seems to apply when you have done a back up in an older version of outlook and are trying to import into a newer version, ie- from 2003 to 2007 or 2009, but I backed mine up in 2003 and I am trying to import back into 2003 the same version so I'm a bit lost what to do, has any one any ideas on this have you ever had that problem? Thanks Jacqui
