Hi John,thanks for info i will have a go later today as i am just having a bit of brekky 06.30am Sat & then heading off to do a spot of busking,water bottle filled,sun hat at the ready its going to be a hot one....Terry ps...you were right about a "Gopher"it is one of those battery powered Oldies chariots,i will definitely be on my guard today to avoid a re-take of last week when one collected half of my busking gear

Hi John,managed to get the avatar up & running ok,many thanks...with regard to your query about the bush fires over here,yes it was a pretty big one,in fact 72 homes were completely destroyed,the area is in the foothills where we moved away from a while ago,it is common knowledge that it was a disaster just waiting to happen as the area is dense bushland,our middle son & family live further around the hills on two & half acres in similar conditions,this summer has been especially bad for bushfires as we have had just about no rain at all for several months & the hot temps seem to be going on forever.As i speak we have had to close up all windows & doors owing to very smoky conditions from another fire in our area,we can see the smoke over the hill from where we live in Baldivis otherwise not much happening,had a good morning busking & am going to check out the local swap meet market tomorrow..ps...just heard the fire engines on there way,probably its the same fire...Best wishes...Simmo
