I had the pleasure of meeting him when he was in Skid Row...and I didn't know who I was really talking to..I was in a four piece band playing at a rock night along with four other bands and headlined by Skid Row..he'll be sadly missed

What can you possibly say about Gary Moore, to me he was a friend though we hadn`t seen each other in 1/2 years his dad always kept me up on what he was doing to those that didn`t really know him but seen the guitarist he was a legend i remember when he started learning guitar he had 2 teachers a guy called Harry Whitteley and Jackie Milligan,he got the blues from Jackie and the fine touch from Harry they all came from East Belfast in those days he went on to be better than the teachers. The world of music is a sadder place tonight may you find rest at last Gary and i can only say there will be some thunder from God`s band with you and Lynott what a band. God Bless Gary you will always be in my thoughts
