Has any one had any experience of this company?

It's a very informative site with lots of links to very interesting stuff, they were promoting a free download for a Christmas Melody and I've sent my email many times to no avail, so then I tried a free software download again by an email, but nothing came back, they are advertising backing tracks for 99p, they used to be £4.99 and actually the demos sound very good, but after not getting an email for the freebies I was wary, if you go into the contact us link, there is a whole page on all the reasons you may not be able to contact them if you don't get your goods, none of them being their fault,
nearly always your own email provider.
Obviously I won't order anything, I was just interested to know if anyone ever used them, or know if they are a scam or genuine, and to highlight them in case anyone here comes unstuck with an order from them in future.
