 Hi folks,Ole Simmo was wondering if anyone can give me a guide on where to look up guitar serial numbers on the net,i have recently purchased from a private sale a Yamaha AES 1500 semi acoustic it is possibly around ten years old the serial number on the label inside the body tells me it was made in Japan with the serial No. TPJN008,i have tried to find a site but with no success,the guitar is a cracker & in spotless condition,it is comes standard with Dimarzio pick-ups,all the comments are good on the reviews etc,any info would be appreciated...Simmo

Try the libary and the book is called Guitar.
It has history and dates of most makes and serial numbers.
