Can anyone help I've been recording some tracks from mini disc into my PC, to put onto my ipod I am using a Digital in toc lead out of my mini disc player and into the PC, I record the track into my Creative Media Source Player, they record OK but when I stop the track I get a loud click on the end of every track, I've tried record sync but it still happens. Any help/ideas anyone Jacqui

hrmm neva bothered with ipods b4 so i take it they dont have a record function if they do itll be just a case of finding what leads/connectors you`ll need otherwise itll be md to pc you could always add say an extra 10 secs on your recording of nothing then put the file into a audio editor and chop the end off then save

Still trying to solve the problem. it seems to happen on everything I record into or on the PC, from any source, what you hear, S/PDIF, Auxiliary 2, tried muting other sources while I record, I've even tried not stopping record with the mouse and by a shortcut, but I still get it, plus if I actually record a live stream ie: from the web I get the click too when I stop record Jacqui

Hi Jacqui. .. You could as levi mentioned try recording into Cakewalk or some other Audio software Audacity ,Goldwave , Mixcraft etc just to see if the problem persists that way ...your lead would also be worth checking out try a diff one ..... Did I not send you on a copy of Pro Audio 9? If you need any help setting up things gimme a shout at least it would narrow down the prob if it works that way ..just a thought ok.... Regards Barry
