AVG 2011

Hi there
Has any one upgraded to the new AVG 2011, I've not myself Thank God, but have spent most of the day on my boyfriends PC trying to sort out the problems it's caused, it won't install properly, and when you uninstall in takes off all previous versions, so you are left with no AVG at all.
If any one has any advise, or has managed to solve a similar problem I'd appreciate some advise.

I had probs with mine slowing the PC down.I uninstalled and installed this anti virus and I must say it's the best I have used so far.

I installed AVG 2011 on my music computer in the garage and haven't had any problems at all.

Johnny was that a new install or an upgrade from a previous one, I looked on the help forum and it appears loads of people are having trouble with the 2011 version.
Frank... does that one offer the same sort of Free protection as AVG did ?

Yes probably better,the first time I scanned with it,it found heaps of things AVG missed.

Jacqui, it was an upgrade, switched the computer on and got a pop up window from AVG saying a new version available, upgrade now? So I did, and everything went ok
