It was sad to hear tonight of the passing of Pat McCool...singing partner of Chris Logue ( Logue and McCool )...I had the pleasure of sharing the stage with them both a couple of years ago......Pat was wheelchair bound having suffered from polio when he was young and Chris was blind due to cancer which spread from his left eye to his right eye and wore dark glasses.....they were FONDLY known as 'SPECS AND SPOKES' around here............''as the credits roll a sad song starts to play.....this is where the cowboy rides away''

I didnt know he had died. I too had the pleasure of joining them at a Venue a number of years ago. I really enjoyed them singing. R.I.P

sad news indeed i have very fond memories of these two lads, i remember them doing the clubs down here many years ago and had great craic with them
