music/song chart positions

Hi Guys
Hope someone can help I am trying to find some good sites that will tell me chart positions of songs over the years, UK & USA
I've used Wikipedia for a lot of info, but some I can't find.

One song I am trying to find out about is Viva Espania by Silvia in 1974, what chart positions did it make in the UK? was it No1? how many weeks etc I can't seem to narrow down results, I can only find words like a hit for several weeks in 74.
Also someone told me it was in the Eurovision contest but I don't think that's right?
There must be some specialist sites out there, but I can't seem to find them.
