Hi guys just got out of hospital today got my op last Monday 5th Oct I had major surgery to remove part of the bowel do not wish to go through that again it was the worst experience in my life I was out of it for a week wires and tubes everywhere but I'm home now and I hope to god that is the end of it

Hi Tommy, just to let you know we are both thinking of you, hope that you are back on your feet soon, but don't overdo it otherwise you will be back in there again ( I am the worlds worst for giving that advice ) but hang in there old mate I'm sure as the time goes by you will be your old self again.

Hi again Tommy, you would not believe it but just before I went online in the forum to hear your news ( 5 mins ago ) as I had received the bowel package sample kit quite a while ago and done nothing about it,in fact Patricia my good lady also got a sample kit recently , she went ahead with her test & received the all clear yesterday which prompted Ole Simmo to get he's finger out and get my test in progress as well (albeit three months late ) so one sample done today & the other one tomorrow & it will be in the post on Monday.
Your recent experience was certainly a wake up call for me. Anyway Tommy kind regards to yourself & the family
