i was just told by the doctor yesterday that alcohol was showing in my liver i only drink at weekends and i didn't i think i was over doing it but she says i have to cut down on my alcohol consumption has anybody had a similar experience Tommy

I sure have Tommy. The surgeon refused to do my knee replacement until Id been alcohol free for a month, so I did it. Couldn't wait to come out after the surgery so that I could have a scotch.

I dont drink anymore cause if I do I will start smoking again.When I have my yearly blood test the doc tells me my liver is a bit dodgy. I think I will do a liver detox and give it a good flush thru.

well Today i went to the supermarket with the wife as usual on Saturday only got a bottle of scotch instead of a litre so i'm cutting down Tommy

I have just had my blood tested and the doctor said there was nothing wrong with it but if I was to come back to him on December 31st he would give £10 for a bottle of it !!! Anyway if you tell everyone that you save up empty bottles, it sounds far better than alcoholic Bigmike
