It was a quiet Birthday but I had my nieces over for dinner and we had Beef Masala, Peppery Chicken and Pork Vindaloo with Parottas .... all yummy stuff ! The Irish Coffee cake ordered by my niece was sure yummy and I couldnt help thinking ........ its got to be Irish !!!!!!!
